We take great care to inspect items before they hit the sales floor and do our best to ensure all items are clean, intact, and in working order unless otherwise clearly noted. That said, because we sell secondhand items, we cannot always guarantee that every item will function exactly as expected after purchase.

For this reason, we offer a 7-day return window on eligible purchases—even on secondhand items.

Return Requirements

• Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase

• Items must have their original tags attached

• Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt

• Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased

Additional Notes

• Items that were clearly marked or disclosed as having defects or missing parts are not eligible for return

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements
