Welcome to Leapin’ Littles. By shopping with us, consigning with us, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

General Use

Leapin’ Littles operates as a children’s consignment store offering secondhand items sourced from local families. All policies, hours, inventory, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, policy violations, or misuse of our services.

Product Condition & Availability

All items are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated. We make reasonable efforts to inspect items for cleanliness, completeness, and functionality; however, due to the nature of secondhand goods, we cannot guarantee long-term performance or durability.

Inventory is limited and constantly changing. Items may sell quickly and are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved through an approved online purchase.

Online Shopping & In‑Store Pickup

Select items may be available for purchase online with in-store pickup. Online purchases must be picked up within the timeframe communicated at checkout or confirmation. Failure to pick up items within the designated window may result in order cancellation and restocking.

Consignment Terms

Consignors are paid when their items sell, not at drop-off. Earnings may be issued as store credit or cash, based on the consignor’s preference.

Leapin’ Littles reserves the right to accept or decline items at its discretion, limit quantities, and determine pricing based on condition, brand, seasonality, and demand.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is outlined separately and is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by that policy.

Limitation of Liability

Leapin’ Littles is not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear of purchased items
Manufacturer defects or recalls
Improper use of products after purchase
Injuries or damages resulting from use of purchased items

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are appropriate for their child’s age, size, and developmental stage. Customers are also responsible for verifying whether any product they purchase is subject to a manufacturer recall and for discontinuing use of recalled items. We recommend checking the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall database prior to use.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Leapin’ Littles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
